Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation
For Subscription Services:
● 14-Day Notice Period: To cancel any subscription service, clients must provide written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
● Partial Month: No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
● Account Access: Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
● Data Retention: Client data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
For Project-Based Services:
● Before Project Start: Clients may cancel before work begins with a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
● During Project: - Cancellation during the first 25% of the project timeline: 75% refund
● Cancellation during 25-50% of the project timeline: 50% refund
● Cancellation during 50-75% of the project timeline: 25% refund
● Cancellation after 75% of the project timeline: No refund
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
● Service Quality Issues: Refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver services as specified in your service agreement.
● Technical Failures: If technical failures on our end prevent service delivery, proportional refunds will be issued.
● Duplicate Charges: Full refunds will be issued for any duplicate or erroneous charges.
Refund Process
● Request Timeline: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.
● Required Information: Refund requests must include your account information, service details, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting documentation.
● Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
● Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Service Level Guarantees
● Consultation Services: If you're dissatisfied with a consultation, you may request a follow-up session at no additional cost within 14 days.
● Implementation Services: If implemented solutions fail to meet the agreed-upon metrics within 60 days, you may request remediation at no additional cost.
4. Exceptions
● Custom Development: Custom development work is non-refundable once development has begun, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
● Training Services: Scheduled training sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
● Force Majeure: Refunds may be limited in cases of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other major disruptions.
5. Dispute Resolution
